Georgetown, Seattle — In-Network Insurance Accepted
Doctor of Physical Therapy care in Georgetown, Seattle.
Evidence-based orthopedic, pelvic health, and sports physical therapy — built on a progressive care model that starts with dedicated 1-on-1 treatment and carries you all the way to independent training. Personalized care at every stage.
How We Practice
The standards behind every visit.
Choosing a physical therapist is an act of trust. These are the commitments we make to every patient, before you ever step through the door.
Dedicated, individualized sessions — assessment, diagnosis, hands-on treatment, and a plan built specifically around you. Not a rotation of aides.
Manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and progressive loading — matched to your goals and functional demands, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
We verify your insurance benefits prior to your first appointment and provide a clear estimate of expected costs. No billing surprises.
You can start physical therapy with us directly. If your case needs medical follow-up, we'll tell you and help coordinate it.
Every new patient inquiry and insurance verification request is answered within one business day.
Premera, Regence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Anthem — with cash-pay options for patients who are uninsured or out-of-network.
Services
Clinical care for a wide range of conditions and goals.
Our team's combined clinical background spans orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.
Injury & pain management
Treatment for musculoskeletal conditions of the back, knee, shoulder, hip, and neck. Care combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and progressive loading, informed by each patient's goals and functional demands.
Pelvic floor physical therapy
Specialized care for pregnancy-related pain, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, and urinary incontinence. Led by Dr. Lorrainne Dizon, DPT, in a private treatment room.
Athletic rehabilitation
Return-to-sport progression for recreational and competitive athletes. Includes objective performance assessment and structured programming for strength athletes, combat sports, and endurance sports.
Our Approach
Personalized care at every stage.
Most clinics offer Phase 1 and stop. We built a progressive care model that carries you from the treatment table to the gym floor to independent training — with clinical oversight the entire way.
Focused 1-on-1 PT
Your recovery starts with dedicated, individualized sessions with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. Assessment, diagnosis, hands-on treatment, and a plan built specifically around you.
The Bridge
When your PT clears you, your care expands. Your Rehabilitation Strength Specialist works alongside your PT on the gym floor — more complex movements, real weight, and training that feels like progress.
Continuation
Every PT graduate receives a complimentary two-week Continuation Period — full access to Root Strength classes and open gym. The habit is already built. We just keep it going.
Stronger than before
Our goal is not to return you to baseline. It is to build you stronger than you were before the injury — with better movement, greater resilience, and lasting habits.
